New York-based private equity firm Thor Equities purchased a three-story medical office building in Boston suburb Norwood for $23.5 Million, or approximately $255 per square foot.
Thor Equities purchased the property, dubbed Norwood Medical Center, from Newton, Massachusetts-based investor Grander Capital Partners LLC, which originally acquired the complex in 2015 for $13.2 million, according to CoStar data.
