One Kendall Square Trades Hands in Largest Boston Sale YTD

Alexandria Real Estate Equities (NYSE ARE) has completed the largest acquisition year-to-date in the Boston market with firm’s purchase of One Kendall Square in Cambridge, MA from DivcoWest Properties.
