Bay Cove Human Services Relocating Addiction Services Program to Stoughton

Bay Cove Human Services has signed a lease in the medical office building at 909 Sumner St. in Stoughton, MA.

The non-profit agency will relocate its addiction services program from Boston’s Long Island to 26,000 square feet at 909 Sumner, a three-story, 235,895-square-foot property also home to Kindred Hospital Northeast-Stoughton.

Patricia Foster of Colliers International Boston represented the landlord in negotiations.
