A Cambridge, MA office and retail building fully leased to Santander Bank has been acquired by an individual investor for $30.1 million, or approximately $647 per square foot.

Cardinal Capital Partners sold the 46,350-square-foot, four-story building, which originally delivered in 1928 on a corner lot one block from the MBTA-Central Square station at 515 Massachusetts Ave. in Boston’s Mid-Cambridge/Harvard Square submarket.
