Lincoln Property Co., Stars Investments Buy Cambridge Office/Retail Bldg. for $75 Million

Dallas-based Lincoln Property Co. teamed up with Chile-based Stars Investments to acquire a 122,104-square-foot office/retail building in Cambridge, MA for $75 million, or about $614 per square foot.
