Northwood Investors, Anchor Line Partners Hook Totten Pond Office Park for $51.5 Million

Northwood Investors, a New York City-based investment firm, partnered with Boston-based firm Anchor Line Partners to acquire the Totten Pond Office Park in Waltham, MA for $51.5 million, or approximately $173 per square foot.

Totten Pond is a three-building office park measuring 297,944 square feet just off I-95 at 400,410 and 460 Totten Pond Rd. in suburban Boston’s Waltham/Watertown submarket.
