Harvard University Leases 63,000-SF Cambridge Bldg. for IT Services Dept.

Harvard University has signed a long-term lease with The Bulfinch Cos. to set up its information technology (IT) services department at 784 Memorial Dr. in Cambridge, MA.

The lease is for the entire 63,200-square-foot, four-story building, which was originally constructed in 1937 and occupied by Polaroid Corp. before most recently housing the offices of Infinity Pharmaceuticals.
