KS Partners Adds 585,000-SF Marlborough Tech Park to Portfolio

KS Partners, a Woburn, MA-based real estate holding company that manages more than four million square feet across New England, expanded its area portfolio with the purchase of Marlborough Technology Park in Marlborough, MA for $46 million, or approximately $80 per square foot.
