The Xchange at Bedford, Home to iRobot’s Mission-Critical HQ, Sells for $107.8 Million

Jumbo Capital Management and Sound Mark Partners have teamed up to acquire The Xchange at Bedford in suburban Boston from The Davis Cos. for $107.75 million, or approximately $223 per square foot.

The Xchange is a 482,662-square-foot, eight-building creative office and life science campus located along Route 3 and near Route 128 on Crosby Dr.
