Investcorp Continues U.S. Expansion with $160 Million Investment in Chicago, Boston

Investcorp, a Bahrain-based global provider and manager of alternative investment products, significantly expanded its U.S. industrial real estate portfolio with the acquisition of six multi-tenant properties totaling approximately 1.8 million square feet in the Chicago and Boston metropolitan areas for an aggregate purchase price of roughly $160 million.
