Jones Street Investment Partners Buys 288-Unit Apt. Building in Cumberland, RI

Hingham, MA-based Jones Street Investment Partners has acquired the 288-unit Cumberland Crossing in Cumberland, RI from UBS Group and Lincoln Property Co.

The 357,646-square-foot apartment community consists of 84 one- and 204 two-bedroom units, averaging 932 square feet, in 12 three-story, garden-style buildings. It was constructed in 2000 off Exit 10 on I-295 in the Northeastern Providence County Multifamily submarket.
