After wrapping up a complete renovation of the property, Frazer Capital has sold the 28,690-square-foot, eight-story office and retail building at 41 Winter St. in downtown Boston for $24.8 million, or about $864 per square foot.

The buyer is Gazit Horizons, a subsidiary of Israel-based shopping center and mixed-use owner, operator and developer Gazit-Globe (NYSE: TSX; TASE: GZT) that recently disclosed plans to open a new office in Boston.
