Associates for International Research Inks Lease at Central Plaza I in Cambridge

Associates for International Research (AIRINC), a global source for international data services since 1954, signed a seven-year lease for 19,207 square feet at Central Plaza I in Cambridge, MA.

Newmark Knight Frank represented the landlord, Intercontinental Real Estate Corp, a Boston-based company that acquired the Central Plaza buildings in 2008. Cresa secured the lease for tenant AIRINC.
